Today I sold all of the 20 Covetors produced and all Medium Trimark Armor Pump II, I decided to reinvest into T2 rig production again, and invested around 1 billion ISK, and made 108 million ISK profit, all in all, and at the moment I am in loss of just 100 million ISK, if the things go this way in the next two weeks I expect, a healthy profit of around 1 billion ISK to be made in total in the second month.
2. Some Plans
I have found some profitable items to manufacture, and I will be looking into the possiability of making them in the upcoming days.
I don't think that in the end it will be necesary from me to put shares on the market, as it seems that I can manage my operations without extra capital.

Month 2 Day 15
1. Day 15
Today I invested 1 billion ISK into production, around 599 million ISK went into manufacturing of Covetor, 289 million ISK went into Medium Trimark Armor Pump II, and 219 million isk into production of 125mm Gatling AutoCannon II, also the batch of 760 AutoCannons is done and will be sold tomorrow.
I will produce 20 Covetors, for around 2.5 million profit each, I bought 2 BPCs each has 10 runs, so two slots go on that, it will be done in about 10 hours, so it will be some nice ISK income and fast.
Medium Trimark Armor Pump II, I will make 5 of those, the will be done in 6 hours 40 minutes, I am using 5 slots for them.
125mm Gatling AutoCannon II will take my 3 slots for now, when all of this is done it will maybe go for more or I will reinvest again in some other items that I have set my eyes on.

Month 2 Day 13
1. Day 13
Today I decided to invest around 700 million ISK into production of Drakes, at the time I decided to make them their price was 65 million ISK in Jita, and the cost was around 52 million ISK to maket them, so it was a good investment. I bought 3 BPCs ME: 75, PE: 10, Runs: 5 for 2.2 million ISK each, I could make 15 of them. I bought the minerals, created a contract for hauling to my manufacturing station, and started up the production, which took 13 hours, later, I checked the prices again and it turns out that they have fallen to 55 million ISK a piece. My profit with taxes will be around 16 million ISK, which is not good, well I will at least have my money back and some extra.
Also I am finishing up a production of 125mm Gatling AutoCannon II 770 of them to be precise, an the estimates are that I will be landing around 200 million ISK profit from that. My invention is also up and running again, tomorrow I will have some new BPCs to make one item that I will test in the following days, investment is minimum, and the profit is around 50% in the early estimates, we will see how that goes.
In the invention I invested around 120 million ISK today, totaling me a loss for the day 13 around 900 million ISK.
2. Month 2 so far
Curently I am in loss of 1.4 billion ISK, plus in the upcoming days I will have to buy a new PLEX, with all the projects going on I am hoping to start generating profit in around 7 days from now. I am a bit pessimistic and I honestly doubt that I will have any profit at the end of the month, but lets hope for the best. The loss of 600 million ISK is really killing me, and now seeing that hauling costs almost nothing, I am droping my plans to train for a freighter, because it will be a waste of 30 days for training for one, and also I have to buy one for around 1.2-1.3 billion ISK, also there is a risk of losing it and at the moment I am not ready to take that risk.
With all that in mind I now don't know what to train Nikola Dorcolac for, maybe return to my main, and train him up for PvP, or invest time into PI, or make another manufacturing character, I have to decide which one will bring me the most fun.

Update

At the moment I am still strugling to recover from my loses from that suicide gank, I am around 500 million ISK in loss this month so far, and I have upcoming obligation to buy another PLEX, I hope that I will at least have positive balance at the end of this month.
Couple of items that I made, are falling down in prices, so my profits are getting really low, I am looking of new items to make in order to make some better profit margins.
Sorry I didn't have any updates last few days, it is because nothing important happened, I didn't want to post just numbers.
2. Revisiting Future Plans
As the things are going I doubt that I will make 7-10 billion ISK for this month, mostly because I didn't trade at all last few days, and my manufacturing items are falling in price, also 5 billion ISK profit from manufacturing also won't happan I guess. Medium POS will be up next month if my estimates are right.
I got a third account, buddy program, and I am training him for PvP, I will see how much I can get in 51 days of the account duration, but I itend to pay for that account on regular basis, not with ISK, but with real life money.

I am thinking of releasing the shares to the market so I can finance my operations to the full potencial, but I need to find a way of doing this that will satisfy both, me, and investors. I will keep you posted on this topic.

Today I made a total profit of 68 million ISK, with a profit margin 3.58%, but also I have invested around 54 million on T2 rig invention.

2. Manufacturing so Far
In the second month I am currentlly at loss in manufacturing department of around 720 million ISK, totaling my loss at 347 million ISK including previous month in which I made around 370 million ISK. Keep in mind that the items are being produced at the moment, and I am waiting to finish all of the production so I can haul my goods to Jita, most likely using an hauling services. When I am done selling all the items I will hopefully recover my losses from that suicide gank, and will land me some nice profits, alowing me to reinvest into this again. Invention is going according to plan, nothing to say about that part for now.

Today I decided to invest into manufacturing and make those T2 BPCs that I have, there are mod BPCs, T2 rig BPCs, and some T2 ship BPCs, so i went out there and bought all the materials needed and the end cost ended up to be around 1.6 billion ISK, it would have been 1 billion ISK if there weren't that suicide gank. I had to buy some of the materials again, and I guess I won't be reaching my goal for this month, I need to recover fast from this, so as my slots are runing their jobs I will push trading more.

2. First Suicide Gank
I have been suicide ganked for the first time now, and I lost around 600 million ISK, I wasn't flying AFK to my manufacturing location or anything, it was just bad luck for me, and great luck for the ganker, he targeted me as I was warping from one gate to another, from now on on such large operations I will use courier services, better to give 25 million as a reward to hauler, than to lose 600 million ISK, at least untill I get my own freighter.

First Month Report
1. Day Analasys
Today I earned 108 million ISK, which is a bit low, considering my predictions were around 150 million, but to be honest I didn't play that much today, so better that than nothing.
As you can see in my first month I made 2.7 billion ISK, this is somewhat low, as I have seen the potential profit, I started manufacturing maybe 7 days ago, and made around 370 million ISK very fast and I am looking at around 50% profit margin from manufacturing, so in next month I will be focusing more to manufacturing, as the profits are really high. In invention i invested a total around 539 million ISK, but you may say now that it is a bit high considering how much I made with manufacturing, please keep in mind that at the moment I have 90 T2 BPCs that are waiting to be manufactured, so the costs of that will be easily covered.

I will also continue doing trading as much as I can, at the moment I have a lot of liquid ISK, so investing into manufacturing and invention will not affect my trading buisiness. Depending on how much time i play, and how much luck I have I hope to make something between 7 and 10 billion ISK next month.
Goals for Secong Month
- Get manufacturing slots running 24/7
- Make a copy alt
- Run invention 24/7
- Get a medium or large POS (if needed)
- Make just from manufacturing 5 billion ISK
- Start training for a freighter
- Make a total of 7-10 billion ISK (trading + manufacturing)
We will see at the end of the second month how much success I had. I would also like to hear your thoughts on that as well so feel free to comment, let me know do you think it is possible to make 10 billion a month or is it just fiction.

Today I didn't play that much, I just sold the stuff I manufactured for around 800 million ISK, but didn't trade anything else besides that, just some buy orders god filled, nothing big, tomorrow I will be selling all those things, I am expecting around 150 million ISK profit.

Tomorrow will be the end of my first month of doing buisiness and using spreadsheet, so expect a monthly report, I am quite happy with how things went for me, a lot of ISK was made, and a lot of skills have been trained, i expect a good growth in the upcoming second month, we will see how it goes.

Today I suffered a loss of 212 million ISK, mainly due to some investments into manufacturing and invention. Into invention I invested around 38 million ISK, I am just testing some waters with that, in the upcoming days I hope to have more investments into that area. And in manufacturing went major part of my funds today, around 350 million ISK and I am expecting around 50-80 million ISK profit from that.

I have finished some invention and I got 58 T2 BPCs with 10 runs ME and PE -4, so I will invest into manufacturing those items, we will yet see how much ISK will be needed for that investment. As far as invention goes, I am as I said earlier testing some items and the market, so in the upcoming few days there won't be any big investments in that area.

This is my total profit since I started using spreadsheet, it really helped me keep track of profitable items and to wich ones to reinvest my ISK
On the day 13 and 18 i bought PLEXs so that is why I am in such a big loss those days, on the day 19 I invested into some manufacturing, and on the day 25 I invested into some invention.

On the day 13 and 18 i bought PLEXs so that is why I am in such a big loss those days, on the day 19 I invested into some manufacturing, and on the day 25 I invested into some invention.
2. Invention
Tomorrow invention I started on the day 25, that I invested a lot of ISK into it will be finished, and immidietly the production of those items will start, I had some really good success rates so it will be very profitable for me.
Introduction
1. The "new" Nikola Dorcolac
Hello all, first off, my brief EVE history. I started playing maybe two years ago, and at the time i was just doing missions, it wasn't long before I got into raven and started doing LVL 4 missions. After doing them for a while I gained some ISK and shortly after I got my second account and a noctis on him for salvaging. Doing missions was fun at first using two accounts, making what i thought at a time is a lot of ISK, but soon I got bored of that, I joined some 0.0 corp, after some ratting, which are basicly easier than LVL 4 rats, and same ISK, and no PvP at all, i decided to quit the game. When i got back I tried doing some mining, but I didn't like that, so I went back to missions.
I finally got my good RL friend to play the game with me, he was Nikola Dorcolac, you know his history from this blog, after seeing how he did with his trading venture, maybe two months ago I decided to try myself at trading, and I apsolutley loved it. Nikola gave me some tips, showed me the "trade secrets" and I was making a lot of ISK, at the time I didn't use any spreadsheet, I thought it is a waste of time to make and so on, but as my buisiness grew I realised the need for one. Since I am an excel noob, Nikola showed me the basics, and gave me a copy of his spreadsheet, which i started using right away, and i changed it a bit so it suits my needs (you will have screenshots later on when I get home).
After doing some great job at trading, seeing Nikola doing some manufacturing I wanted to try that out, he also tought me everything he knew about manufacturing and invention, I started traning manufacturing, but it was a long time for PE V to train, but I guess I had a bit of luck when Nikola decided to quit the game, and left me both his invention and manufacturing character, so I will be doing some serious manufacturing in the future.
2. Future Plans
My future consists of trading and a lot of invention and manufacturing, I will be investing major part of my funds into this area. I inted on skilling that invention char also for manufacturing, and manufacturing char for invention, on him I just need lab operation so it won't be a problem. When I finish skilling lab operation, I will go into skilling for a freighter. So in the near future I will be transfering invention char, to the account where is Nikola Dorcolac, that way i will cut the cost of 2 PLEXs for a month and I will be able to sustain a large POS, for research and manufacturing, i don't want to be dependant on the free slots around the universe, I want a constant place for my operations.
3. Partnerships
I will NOT be looking for partners to build up a corp, I like to work alone, but in the future maybe, I won't say that it is impossible. However I am looking for some buisiness partners if you have some bulk sales, I can take some orders if you want something made, etc. Also i will be looking for large supliers of ship BPCs in the near future.

The partnership between me and Chin Upson is over, main reason is that I won't be able to play the game anymore, so we decided to cash out, he got all of the liquid ISK from the corp, and some assets, I have gotten around 900 mill of assets as a pay out, and i am happy with it.
2. The New Beggining
Due to some real life issues I will be quitting the game, but one of my friends will play on my accounts untill I come back, he wants to tryout the manufacturing side of eve, he is an acomplished trader and a pvper on his characters, and this is his chance to get into manufacturing without spending much ISK on invention and manufacturing characters. When he started trading he got my Excel spreadsheet, worked on it a liitle bit, added some things, which you will be able to see in this blog since he plans on taking over it, so expect some posts explaining everything by him on his plan.

Day 19 of Month 2
1. Decision
Today we reached the decision to stop station trading, olny to do bulk trades, and focus on expanding our manufacturing buisiness. We are looking to recruit manufacturers minimum requirements are Production Efficiency V and Mass Production at least IV. What do we expect from you, you buy your own materials, maybe BPCs (in some cases we will provide them), manufacture the items, that you find profitable (in some cases we will specificly ask you what to make), sell those items to the corp at jita buy orders price (in some cases slighlt highet). What do we provide, we provide free hauling, BPCs, everything you produce we buy. If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact me (Nikola Dorcolac) or Chin Upson.

What do we expect from you, you buy your own materials, maybe BPCs (in some cases we will provide them), manufacture the items, that you find profitable (in some cases we will specificly ask you what to make), sell those items to the corp at jita buy orders price (in some cases slighlt highet). Day 18 of Month 2
1. Day 18 Analasys
These are the items we traded today, we are suffering a loss, because we invested into manufacturing some items, which are now finished and waiting the delivery to jita to be sold, for some nice profit. Today I finished this spreadsheet on google docs so both of us can use it, just to keep track of our profit numbers.

Today we had some buissiness talks with a couple of guys, which went pretty well, we have aranged some T2 BPCs for us to be invented, on a large scale. We got deal with two guys to mass produce some items for us which we will later on sell, overall looking back on today it was really god day, and I only hope we continue this in future.

Day 17 of Month 2
1. First Mistake
Today we made our first mistake in producing one item and dumping it into sell orders, needles to say this tool we used, showed us the right numbers, but we overlooked some facts, and I guess we were blinded by our greed, hahahahahaha :) we made a mistake, fortunatly, it was not a big loss at all and we go out of this with our heads kept high, despite our loss, we learned a valuable lesson that in manufacturing buissiness you have to keep an extra eye open for any mistakes you may make, double, triple check everything before you decide to go to that deal, but we were honest to eachother and accepted that we made a mistake, and we can move on with our buissiness venture, it only made us stronger! We practiclly immidieatly recovered from the loss, and decided while we are looking for what items to make, we will stick to our current plan, make the items we make at the moment, and start up station trading buissiness again while we search for profitable items to produce.

Day 16 of Month 2
1. Looking for Mining Corporation
We are at the moment looking for mining corporations to supply us with minerals at a steady rate once we decide on the products we intend to make. Anyone who is interested in working with us contact me (Nikola Dorcolac) or Chin Upson, so we can discuss some terms. The supply won't start right away, but we need to prepare ourselves to have a steady supply when the time comes to start up a production, so look at this as a pre-deal, we also won't rush into things, we want to se our options, thanks for understanding. Note: we can haul our minerals, anywhere from high-sec.

We are also looking for a steady supply of some researched ship BPCs, for more information on what we need contact us so we can arrange some buissiness.
3. The Organization of "Dorcol Trading INC." so far
Today me and Chin discussed about how our we going to do in the future, and we decided that for now we will not take new members or investments to our corp, we will be focusing on maximazing our production and trading capabilities, and only then we will expand our buissiness. Today he got hands on a Jump Freighter toon, and he also bought a Charon, which is a HUGE invesment, and tomorrow we will be able to see it in action, we already invested 150 million ISK in production yesterday, and around 170 million ISK in production today, which will payoff soon I hope.

Today I made 85 million ISK profit, with a 5.41% trade margin, and with a daily growth of -61.17% I guess that from now on my personal trading profit will decline, because soon I will not have any my orders, only corporation orders, so in the future, expect corporate profit reports, we will start posting those, when we make a spreadsheet and when we go fully operational.

Day 15 of Month 2
1. Day 15 Analasys
Today it was a good day considering I didn't play that much, I earnet 220 million ISK, with a 458.59% daily growth and a profit margin of 13.15% I am happy with the ressults of today.
2. Buissiness Plan with my partner
We talked today about our corporation organization and how things will work in the future. He decided to invest 1.5 billion ISK into the corporation for the purpose of getting new BPOs and getting the materials for our production, and already today we have invested around 150 million ISK already into production and one BPO, which is being researched in our POS. He has done some market research, and he did a really god job. At the moment he is in the proces of getting a freighter alt, and in couple of days when it is in his hands, we will start some large scale production, but the only problem is that only I can manufacture at the moment, and can run only 5 slots, in the future we hope to have 10 slots on my character and 10 on his, so we can run pretty much insanly large scale operations. We also decided that on our trading characters we slowly move our personal orders to corporation orders. He has had some talks with some mining corporations, and we hope that our corporations will have large benefits from eachother in the future. We have a deal that each of us takes 25% profit, and the rest 50% we reinvest into our buissiness, but yet to be decided do we take the profit out weekly or once every 15 days, or once a month, anyway, there is still a lot of work ahead of us, and we will see how it goes.

First Business Partnership
1. First Partership
I am happy to announce my first business partnership with player named Chin Upson. Our end goal is to produce items, ships, and haul them to low-sec, and we hope to achive better profit than selling them in high-sec, but at the moment since we both lack skills, me in manufacturing department, and he needs a lot of training to do to get into Jump Freighter, so for now, we will focus just in high-sec trading, the idea is to invent T2 stuff, manufacture them and sell them. We will be in our full capacity in around a month, me beeing able to invent, manufacture almost everything, having 10 research, and 10 manufacturing jobs, and Chin being able to fly a regular freighter. He has joined my coorporation "Dorcol Trading INC." and we both invested 100 million ISK each into corporation, and we will use that money through corporation orders and playing the market for now to increase our startup capital for manufacturing in the weeks to come, after a month we will see how things are going, for now I honestly belive that this will work out. There are also a few ongoing negotations, which I hope will work as good as this one has.

As I am writing this blog post, one more oppertunity has come accross, a player who whishes to stay anonymys, offer to be my BPC and small mineral suplier, he basicly has every ship BPO researched, so I am looking forward to working with him, it looks like we will both profit from this deal.

Day 13 of Month 2
1. Day 13 Analasys
As you can see today I didn't sell a lot of items, most of them i bought, but at the end of the day I made 172 million ISK profit, with a nice 20.46% profit growth from a previous day, and a 10.96% profit margin. I am happy for today how things worked out since I didn't have any luck getting the items.
2. Manufacturing Profit
My manufacturing profit is finally recovering from a big loss because of big BPO purchase (mentioned in earlier posts) and tomorrow i will finally fully recover from a loss, and reinvestments into materials for manufacturing rigs won't take me aggain into loss.
3. Upcoming Big Investment
This has been mentioned earlier, and I am still running some numbers and doing a market analasys to see if it is a good investment in long term. At the moment, I need 75 million ISK for the BPO, and around 1 billion ISK for the matirials for a couple of days of production, but the potencial profit for this item is about 55 million ISK a day, which is great, considering that my most profitable item is around 20 million ISK a day, but also i have much, much less to invest in that. One of my problems with this investment is that I don't have a freighter at the moment, and I need to find someone who will move my goods to the manufacturing location, I know that this isn't THAT hard, but I just prefere to do it on my own.
I currently have 3 billion ISK sitting at my wallet, 1.3 billion ISK in sell orders and 1 billion ISK in escrow (about 5-6 billion in buy orders, which i can sustain at all time, since the things are moving a bit slow these days) and I don't like my ISK sitting at my wallet basicly being usless, this is why I am ready for this big investment, big for me, sinice i never invested that kind of money in manufacturing, but I want to make sure it is good investment.
4. Invention Char Training
Finally Science V is done on my invention alt, and now going for mechanic V so i could invent some T2 ships, I hope that in 10 days time I will be able to finally start the invention of them, also my manufacturing char is a couple of days from being able to make them, so it all fits perfectly. Also I am looking to start T2 ship components as soon as possible.
5. Buissiness Proposal
Today some people showd interest in working with me, we will see how that gose I honestly hope that in the future we can reach some sort of agreement profitable for everyone. In the upcoming days I will know more about this.

Day 12 of Month 2

Here is the list of items traded today. It was a slow day, since i had some rl issues, and i uppdated my orders 3 or 3 times in total, but it was good, since i made 143 million ISK profit, and i had a 11.10% profit growth from yesterday, with a 8.14% profit margin which isn't that bad.
2. High fee and tax costs
At the moment the fees and taxes are pretty much killing me, because I only have Accounting IV and Brooker's Relations III, I am seriously considering on maxing those two skills, and doing some missions to gain standigs to lower even more my fees. During the period of 1 Month and 12 days, I spent a total of 901 million ISK in brooker's fees and 312 million ISK in taxes, total of 1.2 billion ISK practicly wasted.

In this picture you can see the progress made so far in my second month. I have made 1.5 billion ISK in 11 days, I am really satisfied with that because it is more than enough to buy me 2 PLEX, and to fuel my POS for a month, and still have some leftover ISK, in the upcoming days i will me looking to invest more in some production, so I don't expect high end trade profit, because mu ISK will be redirected form market.

Future Plans
1. Skill on my trading/industry character to do T2 production
Bassicly my intention here is skilling up all necesary skills needed for T2 production, and later on branch out to max those skills that I will need for making items i find profitabe. And at a same time skilling up my other character for invention of those items i intend to produce, when he is done i will skill another character just for research just to have more research jobs available.
2. Skill up for a freighter
As the ammount of materials and minerals rise, i can not use my Iteron Mark III for large scale hauling, and in order to cut down on time wasting jumping back and forth, and also to save up the ISK from courier contracts, and also make some money hauling for people.
3. Skilling up multiple characters for production
I intend to skill 1 or maybe 2 more characters just for production, another 10 or 20 manufactoring slots would be really nice for my income, still not sure if I will go with plan 3 or plan 4 first, yet to be decided.
4. Finish skilling up for PI and setting it up for some serious production
And finally when goals 1 and 2 are completed I will put more time in PI skills on every character on both my accounts, I was thinking Comand Center Upgrades and Interplanetary Consolitadion IV, so i can setup some serious P4 production, to make mi passive income, that will cover the cost for my PLEX, to be honest, I didn't run any numbers so I don't know how much income i can make with 6 characters and 5 planets per toon, will do that in the upcoming weeks.

How it all began
START
Hello all, my name is Nikola Dorcolac, and i started trading in december when i got bored of running L4 missions all the time. As a startup capital I sent ISK from my main character to this newborn trader, the ammount of 20.000.000 (20 million) ISK was sent to startup a small trading buissines.
Character was created, and immidieatly I started training him to become a large scale trader, first i trained, a couple of bassic skills, Trade IV, Brooker's Relations III, Accounting IV, Retail II, Gallente Industrial III, Mechanic III and Hull Upgrades II, at that moment i thought that i would do some regional trading, and i needed a hauler, which became usless after a few days when i decided to do sation trading in Jita 4-4, but in the upcoming weeks it proved that he was usefull afterall, more on that later.
FIRST TRADING EXPERIANCE
First items i started trading were ships, destroyers, and frigates mostly. I discovered that those ships moved damn slow, and landed me about 5.000.000 (5 million) ISK profit a day, i was expecting a better return, since I have read on all forums, that traders make large amounts of ISK in small amount of time, but at the same time I knew i need to have more ISK to make even more ISK. After a few days i had around 30-40 million ISK, and was now looking for new items that i could trade that moved faster, that will land me more profit than the ships, I spent a lot of time finding those items, and i started trading Warp Scrambler II, and X-Large Shield Booster 2, they were cheap items, wiht profit margins of about 100-200 thousand ISK per item, seems a bit low, but since they move really fast, I started landing 20 million ISK a day, I was really happy with how things were going, because if the growth trent continues i will have for a PLEX and more money to invest.
FIRST BIG INVESTMENT
After about 15 days i had around 300 milion ISK in my wallet, and i saw this huge oppertunity there were 100 Retrievers in Amarr that were cheaper around 500-750 thousand ISK that the ones in Jita, I had no cash on my trader toon, but i transfered the cash from my main, 460 million ISK and i was able to buy them all. I had my doubts about this deal, but i sad to myself, just do it, and it was a success. I set up a courier contract, and the items were shortly deliverd to Jita 4-4, and it landed me about 50-60 million ISK profit, sorry but i can't remember the exact ammount. I trained than Margin Trading III, and it really increased my turnover significantly.
FIRST MISTAKE
Now that i had nearly 900 million ISK in my wallet, I started thinking what else could I do besides trading that could give me some sort of a passive income, I stardet training for Planetary Interaction (PI), did the training Command Center Upgrades to III and Interplanetary Consolidation to III, Planetology and Remote Sensing to IV, which later proved that it was a waste of time since I didn't put much effort into PI, I was just to lazy, I discovered that I didn't like it that much as I thought I would.
GOING TO INDUSTRY
I wannted to try myself in industry, so i trained Productio Efficiency to V, Industry to V, Mass Production IV, and during the training period I continued trading and i had around 2 billion ISK, at that time I also noticed that in order to make things myselff and sell them I needed science toon, i sent a friend invitation to myself, bought a PLEX, now I had 2 accounts, on that second account i was skilling up for resaerch at first, and invention later, i bought a corp for 75 million ISK on my second account, so i could set up a POS one day to do my own research. By the time mine manufacturing training was complited I had around 3.5 billion ISK and was ready to invest, but didn't know what. I decided to build up some POS moduels, which was later proven to be a good decision, because in 5 days I made a staggering 600 million profit, but those items moved really slow, so i decided not to make them anymore. I started thinking of making a manufacturing corp, and selling shares to collect some startup capital, I had a good buissiness plan to present to market forums, but decidet, to pull it off myself, since I didn't like the idea of me answering to someone else than me, so I decided to be my own boss, and started up Dorcol Trading INC just for fun. (Dorcol is part of Belgrade where I live).
After that I set up my own POS, bought a couple of rig BPOs, and starded researching, 2 BPOs are now researched and are now in production, and they have really nice profit. I was still on a look for a potencial BPO that could give me constant high profit on long term so i bought a ship BPO for 450 million isk, and it is currently in research.

Hello all, my name is Nikola Dorcolac, and i started trading in december when i got bored of running L4 missions all the time. As a startup capital I sent ISK from my main character to this newborn trader, the ammount of 20.000.000 (20 million) ISK was sent to startup a small trading buissines.
Character was created, and immidieatly I started training him to become a large scale trader, first i trained, a couple of bassic skills, Trade IV, Brooker's Relations III, Accounting IV, Retail II, Gallente Industrial III, Mechanic III and Hull Upgrades II, at that moment i thought that i would do some regional trading, and i needed a hauler, which became usless after a few days when i decided to do sation trading in Jita 4-4, but in the upcoming weeks it proved that he was usefull afterall, more on that later.
FIRST TRADING EXPERIANCE
First items i started trading were ships, destroyers, and frigates mostly. I discovered that those ships moved damn slow, and landed me about 5.000.000 (5 million) ISK profit a day, i was expecting a better return, since I have read on all forums, that traders make large amounts of ISK in small amount of time, but at the same time I knew i need to have more ISK to make even more ISK. After a few days i had around 30-40 million ISK, and was now looking for new items that i could trade that moved faster, that will land me more profit than the ships, I spent a lot of time finding those items, and i started trading Warp Scrambler II, and X-Large Shield Booster 2, they were cheap items, wiht profit margins of about 100-200 thousand ISK per item, seems a bit low, but since they move really fast, I started landing 20 million ISK a day, I was really happy with how things were going, because if the growth trent continues i will have for a PLEX and more money to invest.
FIRST BIG INVESTMENT
After about 15 days i had around 300 milion ISK in my wallet, and i saw this huge oppertunity there were 100 Retrievers in Amarr that were cheaper around 500-750 thousand ISK that the ones in Jita, I had no cash on my trader toon, but i transfered the cash from my main, 460 million ISK and i was able to buy them all. I had my doubts about this deal, but i sad to myself, just do it, and it was a success. I set up a courier contract, and the items were shortly deliverd to Jita 4-4, and it landed me about 50-60 million ISK profit, sorry but i can't remember the exact ammount. I trained than Margin Trading III, and it really increased my turnover significantly.
FIRST MISTAKE
Now that i had nearly 900 million ISK in my wallet, I started thinking what else could I do besides trading that could give me some sort of a passive income, I stardet training for Planetary Interaction (PI), did the training Command Center Upgrades to III and Interplanetary Consolidation to III, Planetology and Remote Sensing to IV, which later proved that it was a waste of time since I didn't put much effort into PI, I was just to lazy, I discovered that I didn't like it that much as I thought I would.
GOING TO INDUSTRY
I wannted to try myself in industry, so i trained Productio Efficiency to V, Industry to V, Mass Production IV, and during the training period I continued trading and i had around 2 billion ISK, at that time I also noticed that in order to make things myselff and sell them I needed science toon, i sent a friend invitation to myself, bought a PLEX, now I had 2 accounts, on that second account i was skilling up for resaerch at first, and invention later, i bought a corp for 75 million ISK on my second account, so i could set up a POS one day to do my own research. By the time mine manufacturing training was complited I had around 3.5 billion ISK and was ready to invest, but didn't know what. I decided to build up some POS moduels, which was later proven to be a good decision, because in 5 days I made a staggering 600 million profit, but those items moved really slow, so i decided not to make them anymore. I started thinking of making a manufacturing corp, and selling shares to collect some startup capital, I had a good buissiness plan to present to market forums, but decidet, to pull it off myself, since I didn't like the idea of me answering to someone else than me, so I decided to be my own boss, and started up Dorcol Trading INC just for fun. (Dorcol is part of Belgrade where I live).
After that I set up my own POS, bought a couple of rig BPOs, and starded researching, 2 BPOs are now researched and are now in production, and they have really nice profit. I was still on a look for a potencial BPO that could give me constant high profit on long term so i bought a ship BPO for 450 million isk, and it is currently in research.
